  • A dedicated 24/7 support centre for direct contact with our Service Team. Service personnels are always available and ready to provide advice and assistance.

  • An on-site support service for larger UPS that cannot be transported, regardless of warranty period. A fast repair on site is guaranteed through the use of state-of-the-art UPS technology, the professionalism of the Service personnels and Authorised Service Partners. Service guarantees that any spare parts used are original, tested and up-to-date.

  • Service Team can provide assistance during the installation and initial start-up of the products and train on-site personnel. Technical Service engineers can also verify site suitability, analyse and advise on rental solutions and disconnect and relocate equipment.

  • Maintenance contracts can be provided by our Service Team to minimise the risks and costs connected with UPS breakdowns. Many types of maintenance contract are available, ranging from periodic inspections to comprehensive cover including parts and labours.

  • Service regularly organises technical training courses for technicians at the Riello UPS Authorised Training Centre.

Installation & Commissioning

Suarakom have a certified team of installation and commissioning with a vast of experience in providing onsite requirements.

Installations and commissionings are part of services options offer by Suarakom. These can be to suit specific requirements:-

  • System installations and commissioning of systems are undertaken with minimum interruption to your facility

  • Flexibility for shift schedules, weekend or evening work are available

  • Method statements and risk assessments carried out

  • Special training programmes undertaken – see Training section for more information

  • Load Bank and Battery Impedient tests are available upon request

Purposes of Maintenance Service
The Routine Maintenance Service will help ensure that all equipment operates efficiently within the context of a fully managed end-to-end operations function. The implementation of a comprehensive maintenance strategy reduces possible service disruption and leads to enhanced end-user service availability.

A lack of preventive maintenance can cause poor quality and wasted power or even danger for people and property. Scheduling routine inspections by experienced personnel is the solution to maintain high levels of equipment reliability and safety for the enterprise.

There is a wide range of symptomatic situations with less than optimal operation of the system. These situations can remain as they are or degenerate into failures causing in both cases continual or one-off economic losses. Visual analysis is the most classic type of inspection still necessary to identify some problems. No matter how simple it may seem, it must be done by expert personnel to detect even the smallest faults that anyone inexperienced could miss.

Suarakom provide extended After Sales Service and Maintenance Support to issues related to all Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), SOCOMEC Static Transfer Switch (STS), Precision Air-Conditioning System (PAC), Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA) System and other third party products which include Water Detection System (ELSA), Fire Fighting System (FM200,IG55), Standby Generator, Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) etc.

The service is engaging by qualified maintenance force in 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in resolving various of problems.
